We recommend fishing 1/8th oz jigs with 1/8th oz float and 1/4 oz jigs with the 1/4 oz floats. In situations where a heavier float is needed, we recommend adding a 1/8 weight to the stem of the 1/4 oz float and fishing it with a 1/8th oz jig.
