How Are Shipping Costs Determined?
Shipping costs are determined by your item's size and weight, your selected shipping method, and your delivery address.
In your shopping cart we show your estimated shipping cost, based on the lowest price shipping methods available. If you select a different shipping method or live outside of the contiguous United States, your actual shipping cost may be higher.
Where Does Willapa Outdoor Ship?
- The lower 48 contiguous states
- Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses are eligible for package delivery by the US Postal Service.
- Other locations are determined on a case by case basis so please inquire if interested. Customerservice@willapaoutdoor.com
When Will My Order Ship?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2pm PST will ship the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.
What Are The Shipping Methods And Delivery Times?
Willapa Outdoor ships via UPS and USPS
Standard shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days.
Express shipping has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
How Can I Track My Shipment?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unused product within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To expedite your return please include the original packing slip included with your order.
A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.
