Shipping costs are determined by your item's size and weight, your selected shipping method, and your delivery address.
In your shopping cart we show your estimated shipping cost, based on the lowest price shipping methods available. If you select a different shipping method or live outside of the contiguous United States, your actual shipping cost may be higher.
The lower 48 contiguous states.
Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses are eligible for package delivery by the US Postal Service.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 1pm PST will ship the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.
Willapa Outdoor ships via UPS and USPS.
We are only able to ship via USPS for Alaska, Hawaii, or PO box addresses.
Standard ground shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days.
Express shipping has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
No, we are only able to ship to locations within the United States.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

We accept returns and exchanges on unused product within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To expedite your return please include the original packing slip included with your order.
A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.

Discount codes don't stack. If you have a 10% off discount, you can't also use a "free shipping" coupon. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.
